So what does the certificate say?
The certificate says: "To acknowledge that Mike MacKenzie has participated in the 12-month Municipal Internship Program for Administrators 2008-2009 in the Towns of Trochu and Three Hills Demonstrating a commitment to local government administration in the Province of Alberta. February 2009"
